New York Megaphone reports the stories that the corporate media ducks. We are fearless and we go after big issues. We have reported on government corruption, FBI/Mafia collusion, 9/11 Truth, truth about Hillary Clinton, that kind of thing. We’ve been around for two years, and we’ve come out quarterly. But we’re quickly growing into a monthly. We now have Greg Palast and Shelly Drobny (Air America) as columnists. We have new stories in from Rabbi Michael Lerner for the next issue. We need someone with experience to help sell ads for the paper. Ideally you have contacts from doing this before. Past work in advertising is a plus. Clients right now include American Apparel, and New School. We pay 20% commission on big new clients (1/2 page or bigger ads) and 15% on other new clients. Commission is 12% on ads for existing clients. No base salary, but I can provide free lunch every day in one of our company’s Vox Pop cafes. If you email me I can show you the new rate sheet, and the distribution report. We printed 50,000 of the last issue, and they were well placed in cool places in Brooklyn and downtown Manhattan. We are looking to target green businesses, independent publishers, and progressive causes. We want someone savvy, with great heart.
